Wholesale Retailer Qualification (Price Level 1)
To qualify for our wholesale program, your business must have:
A home furnishings-related retail business, either:
A brick-and-mortar store, or
An established e-commerce website
A valid reseller permit or Tax ID
A business card or other professional business identification
Opening Order Requirements
To receive Price Level 1, the following minimum opening order applies:
Furniture: $4,000 minimum
Accessories: $2,000 minimum
To maintain your wholesale account and preferred pricing, a minimum annual reorder of $5,000 is required.
Please note: The opening order minimum ($4,000 for furniture or $2,000 for accessories) resets on January 1 of each calendar year to maintain Price Level 1 status.
Interior Designer Program (Price Level 2)
Price Level 2 is available to qualified interior designers and decorators purchasing products for client projects.
Applicants must provide:
A business card
A valid reseller permit or Tax ID
A storefront is not required.
There are no minimum order requirements for Price Level 2, but the price is 30% higher than Price Level 1.

SHIPPING
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on your items' availability and your chosen shipping options. Residential locations OR commercial locations without a loading dock will incur additional surcharges.
All shipping estimates on the website are unofficial and only serve as a reference for the continental 48 US states. Additional surcharges will apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and any destination outside the United States.
Wholesale Shipping Charges are business-to-business, dock-to-dock, and additional shipping charges will apply if shipped to a residential address.
Palletize Shipping is faster and safer. ETA: 7-14 business days after pickup from the Gardena warehouse.
White-Glove Shipping: Please email us your address for a quote first.
Small Packages and Quick Ship Items
Smaller Orders or items may qualify as a Small Package, which is shipped via FedEx or UPS and is processed by Lily's Living within 1-3 business days after order acceptance.
Lead Times
In-stock items: 3-5 business days upon receiving the payment.
Out-of-stock items: 3-5 months after the 50% deposit is received.
Pre-order items: 3-5 months after the 50% deposit is received.
Customized items: 4-6 months after the 50% deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
Lily’s Living has a no-cancellation policy for back-ordered and pre-ordered items once the deposit is received. Our team works hard to keep our site up to date with the most accurate stock and estimated shipping timeframes. Once your order is placed, it is sent to the overseas manufacturer, and cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed your order.
Will Call
All will-call pickup dates must be confirmed with LILYS LIVING 24 hours in advance. Drivers must inspect items prior to loading. Lily’s Living is not responsible for damage found after items have left our warehouse.
Local Truck Delivery
We partner with trusted local delivery carriers to provide affordable truck delivery within approximately 1–2 hours’ driving distance from our warehouse in Gardena, California.

Lily's Living can accommodate specialized or customized furniture based on your specific requirements. We can also add specific branding if needed. However, special orders of customized merchandise have specific restrictions and limitations. Lily's Living prides itself on the products and accessories it sells. However, natural materials such as stone, wood, and metal are used. These materials will have slight variances in finishes, luster, texture, color, and size. These variances are natural and may change over time due to environmental conditions, temperature changes, humidity levels, and/or exposure to sunlight. Lily's Living is not responsible for the natural changes that will occur under these or other conditions not specified herein.
Certain furniture uses floating panels. All items are handmade, and panels are installed to prevent cracking. Because the items are made of solid wood, the panels can shrink, leaving a slight separation in the finish. We do not accept claims on this issue. If you wish to have this resolved, we can provide a complimentary touch-up kit to cover it.
Wood Product/Claim Period Limitation: In some cases, environmental cracks may occur within 1 - 6 months upon arrival. Cracks can occur due to temperature changes, humidity levels, and the specific climate at the item's destination. Solid wood furniture should be kept in a climate-controlled environment to minimize the risk of cracking.
Cleaning Notes - Most LILYS LIVING furniture is lightly sealed or waxed to highlight the natural character and to allow for aging; we suggest lightly dusting with a dry, soft cloth only, do not use water, soap, or any type of cleaner that contains harsh chemicals as this may damage the finish. Please be sure to use a coaster or trivet (if applicable) under hot or cold items to protect the finish. If moisture touches a surface, wipe it off immediately.

Shipping Damages And Claims
Lilys Living, Inc. is not responsible for freight damages. All items are well inspected by our staff. If visible damage is noticed upon arrival, please note it on the Bill of Lading or refuse the shipment. Freight insurance and the supplemental claim are the responsibility of the carrier and consignee. However, Lily's Living will provide assistance if such an incident unfortunately occurs.
In the event your shipment is damaged upon arrival, you should report it (Damage On Arrival) to Lily's Living by email or phone within 3 days of the event to assist with the claims process. Please take pictures to ensure the claim is processed quickly. All claims should be filed with the carrier.
Quality and Limited Warranty
Every Lily's Living piece is unique. Natural variations in color, grain, texture, finish, and signs of age are part of the authenticity of reclaimed wood and vintage furnishings and are not considered defects. We offer a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural variations, improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper cleaning or care.
Quality Claims Limitations
All quality claims should be filed with Lily's Living within 14 days of the original receipt.
Returns Authorization
All sales are final. No returns are accepted without our prior authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and freight charges are not refundable under any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns will be refused by Lily's Living. Custom-made merchandise is not eligible for returns.
We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear
Replacement Policy
Replacement merchandise is only allowed under specific circumstances and must be pre-approved by Lily's Living. If a replacement is authorized, the original merchandise must be shipped back and received by Lily's Living before any replacement is shipped. Any damage to the returned merchandise is subject to a prorated value of the original purchase price, as determined by Lily's Living. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
